The Court Reporter is the official responsible for making sure that all court proceedings before judges and magistrates are properly recorded and preserved, for securing exhibits admitted into evidence, for preparing official transcripts of testimony in court, and for preparing the official record of trial court proceedings for use by the Court of Appeals.
