Appointment of Special Process Server

RULE 10
APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL PROCESS SERVER

10.1     In addition to the requirements of Civil Rules 4.1 and 4.3, an application to be appointed as a special process server shall include the applicant’s mailing address.  All appointments of special process servers shall be made on a case by case basis by the Judge assigned to the case, or in his absence, the Administrative Judge.  No blanket appointments of process servers will be permitted.
